Description
The Love Workshop is an experiential workshop exploring the meaning of love and compassion through body movement. Its main goal is to bring participants together through a shared and unique physical experience that encourages direct interaction and co-creation.
The workshop combines exercises developed through FACAP’s artistic research with trust exercises and elements of contact improvisation. Through these practices, participants explore movement, communication and relationships while becoming more aware of themselves and others.
The workshop creates a safe space for participants to listen, respond and contribute to the experience as it develops. Within a limited period of time, they are encouraged to create together, allowing individual contributions to become part of a shared creative experience.
The Love Workshop was first developed and presented as part of the Love Mural Festival. Its name comes from the festival and reflects the workshop’s focus on connection, trust, interaction and co-creation.
